The swim pools at Llao Llao are wonderful, with both indoor and outdoor options that boast lovely views. The outdoor infinity pool was a highlight for me, offering an very nice experience, especially on sunny days.

Excellent Dining Experience

We enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurants, particularly the BBQ place, which offered delicious options. The bar also served a great menu, and we missed out on some of the afternoon tea snacks due to not knowing we could order them from the bar. Next time, I will definitely ask the concierge for recommendations!

Fantastic Spa Services

I had an excellent treatment at the spa, making use of the huge fluffy towels and pampering options. It was a relaxing escape, although I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the shower area that could use attention.

Lovely Suite

Llao Llao is a magnificent hotel set in a stunning landscape that offers an impressive blend of classic elegance and modern amenities. My stay in the newly built area provided a spacious room with breathtaking mountain views and a lovely jacuzzi bathtub. The dining experiences were fabulous, particularly the breakfast buffet, although it gets quite busy after 9 AM. While the service was generally efficient, the older rooms seem to be a bit dated. Overall, it’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty around you, but be prepared for potential delays during peak dining times.
